This a recipe I found at: haverhillbeefdotcom/RPdelmonicosteakpanseared This is posted for the Culinary Quest 2016. This recipe is very basic, just seasoned with salt and pepper, then grilled and then served with a basic herb butter, very similar to the famous "Delmonico's" Steak.

Fall Apart Baby Back Ribs

This is by far my favorite recipe for ribs. I have smoked them, made them without sauce, in the crock pot; spicy, sweet and just about every way I can think of; but I always come back to this recipe. They fall off the bone, and the sauce is just perfect. But ... when it comes to BBQ sauce - I always say - use your favorite recipe, whether it be from a bottle or you make it yourself. These ribs...

NYC Sicillian Style Square Pizza

Many would argue that the best Sicilian-style square pizza was perfected in New York City and some would also argue that it was invented there and that it is the best in the whole world. My husband who salivates and seems to always have a hankering for Sicilian-style would agree with New Yorkers and he's not from there. The recipe given here has been tested in the food lab (seriouseats)...

Chicken Tandoori Pizza

From Recipe+ Mini Munchies feature. I love doing mini pizza as it is one way I can get vegies into my vegie hating DM and also a good way to use up bits and pieces. Roasted Chicken With Lemon Cream Sauce

I love the smell of chicken roasting in the oven. It makes me think of holidays and family gatherings! Plus I can put it in the oven and concentrate on other things for a while....just enjoying the smell! Don't use a fryer...roasting chickens are a bit larger and have a higher fat content, making them more flavorful.

Garlic Thyme Potatoes

You can use different type of potatoes with this recipe. I have used fingerlings cut in half and mini roasting potatoes and those worked well also. If using the mini roasting potatoes, poke them with a fork a couple of time to allow for the flavours to penetrate. This is so easy and very tasty.

A wonderful smoked pork loin that would make any father proud. This is my original recipe created on 6/14/2014. Be sure to not let your smoker drop below 200°F during the smoking process. I used a vertical water smoker for this recipe but any type smoker should suffice. Remember when smoking the temp is more important then the time!

Buffalo Potatoes

A great side to BBQ chicken or wings or ribs. Do not use regular potatoes for this recipe as they break apart. Use a firm baby potato or fingerling potato. For those of you who don't have access to Frank's RedHot Sauce, I do have a copycat recipe for it #recipe13676 .
