I halved the recipe for one but used 2 ounces of wholemeal spaghetti instead of the linguine and 2 small chicken thighs which I poached in bay leaf and mixed peppercorns, otherwise made as per the recipe and for my tomato I peeled and finely dice one and chunky dice the second and in all had 2 cups of tomato but was slightly confused as to when the chicken was returned to the pan so did so after putting the lemon juice in and mixed before adding the pasta to the pan and mixing once again and serving and sprinkling with the parmesan. I did a half recipe and we enjoyed it very much though the DH thinks adding a little cream (1 to tablespoons) would make it even better and decadent but I was more than happy as was.

I had 7 V Wings (tips already removed) with a total weight of just over 850 grams and chose to make a full recipe and I enjoyed them so much, the taste with that hint of chilli flakes and cayenne pepper gave them a lovely pop of heat with the taste of all the other ingredients and the meat just fell off the bone and yes definitely have finger bowls and napkins ready or a damp face washer for no matter how much you lick those fingers there will still be a sticky delightful residue.
