"Here is a delicious recipe I make quite often."
Place flour in a large resealable bag.
Season chicken with pepper.
Add to bag and shake to coat.
In large skillet, cook chicken in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
Remove and set aside.
In that same skillet, combine the juice, marmalade, soy sauce, honey and ginger.
Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.
Return chicken to pan and cook until sauce sticks to chicken pieces.
Serve with white rice and your favourite vegetable.

I found this recipe to be so delicious, very flavorful, and not overpowering but sooo good! I did double the sauce so we could put it on our rice and broccoli . I also used fresh and ground ginger. This dish is definitely company worthy! Thank you QueenBea for sharing this wonderful recipe! I will definitely be making this many times!
Really loved this orange ginger chicken recipe. I think that it is just as good as restaurant recipes . Thanks for sharing!
I was afraid this might be too sweet, but it turned out perfect-better than what I had from the local take-out place and without all that cornstarchy "breading". Will be making this again.
Just loved this recipe!
I have always hated marmalade, but went out and bought some....so pleased I did.
Not only did I find that I loved this recipe ....but also like marmalade now!
Except for adding some toasted cashews I had in the pantry, I made this exactly as written and served with a saffron coloured rice, it looked wonderful!
Amazing recipe, which the family loved.

We love it with Jasmine rice and every mouthful was delectable! I sauteed bok choy and onions with ginger and soy sauce to have with it. So yummy!
