This is a wonderful quick and tasty tomato salad. I only had two tiny top basil leaves so i kept them to garnish the platter and used dried basil in the vinaigrette. A beautiful side to brighten up any table!!
wow very good, just as all the reviews say!! I adjusted it down to one medium sized steak, it was worth doing, made for a very flavourful tender steak!
I will certainly be using this one again and not just for steak.
Very good indeed!! but i am afraid, i put the potato pulp back into the spud skin and added the chives and cheese. Just was not thinking, but no matter they were very delicious and had a lovely crunchy skin!!!
Love your recipes Bea, they always do what they're supposed to do, I marinated a small top sirloin overnight in the marinade and it turned out very flavourful and very tender. A wonderful marinade thanks!
Perfect Greek salad, i made it exactly as written except i just made half a recipe for the two of us.
Didn't change a thing, loved it with the olive oil and will be making it again, thanks for sharing a delicious version of Greek salad!!
A lovely way to do up string beans, nice change! and loads of flavour with the red onion, garlic and oregano. I was doing chicken breasts in foil; the beans were at the same temperature so it made for an easy dinner with both done in the oven at the same time. we loved them and will be doing them again.
wow this is a great sweet and sour sauce!! Exactly what i was looking for to match up with frozen meatballs i had in the freezer. I made the whole recipe of the sauce and froze the leftover, this will definately be the sweet and sour sauce i'll be making in future!! Very delicious!! I did cut way back on the sugar and replaced the sugar with splenda, it was still the best sweet and sour !!! I will eventually make a batch of your meatballs to have in the freezer, they sound wonderful. Thanks Gerry for sharing one of the best sweet and sour sauces we've had!!
Very tasty turkey loaves, i used a mix of white and dark meat, just one pound and i used chopped fresh basil. The diced tomatoes were a very nice addition, kept the turkey nice and moist while adding flavour. Will be making these again, nice to have the leftovers in the freezer!
