Bea's Amazing Sirloin Beef Roast

Make 8 slits at least half way through roast and set aside.
Sliver the garlic cloves into four pieces each and press into slits.
Allow roast to sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and rub all over roast.
Set roast on a wire rack inside a baking pan and insert meat thermometer in middle of roast and halfway through. Place in preheated 425 degree oven; cook for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and continue to cook for another 2 hours; pour 1 cup water in bottom of pan and cook for another hour or until thermometer reads 145 degrees. Keep in mind the time will vary depending on your oven.
Take out of oven and cover with foil letting it rest for 30 minutes.
Place on cutting board, slice and enjoy!
