Step 1

Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Place flank steak in a large, heavy-duty, resealable plastic bag.

Step 3

Add marinade and seal bag.

Step 4

Turn bag several times to coat the steak with marinade.

Step 5

Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or as long as 24 hours.

Step 6

Preheat grill to high setting.

Step 7

Remove steak from bag and place on a grill rack that has been lightly brushed with oil.

Step 8

Grill for about 6 minutes per side, or to desired degree of doneness.

Step 9

Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Step 10

To serve, slice thinly across the grain using a very sharp knife.

I cut this down to one serving and let the meat marinade for about 12 hrs. I used London Broil, which is a great grilling steak but on the tougher side so the marinade really worked well to tenderize it. The flavor of the meat was really delicious and I am saving this to make again. Thank you Luv, for sharing another great steak recipe with us! Linda

The hubby and I really loved the tenderness of this steak...I was surprise that he didn't add any steak sauce...this is a winner...we like our flank steak more on the done side...
