Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl (except for the oil) and add in chicken pieces.
Step 2
Mix well and marinate chicken overnight.
Step 3
Fry marinated chicken in 350 Deg. oil turning until golden-brown, 5-9 minutes depending on preference.
Step 4
Drain oil from chicken on a strainer or paper towels and sprinkle with sesame seeds -- Eat!
Tips
- My pal Kimo's variation: Omit the sesame seeds, and prior to frying, roll the chicken in Panko bread crumbs.
