"This is how I have been grilling my steak for years and this always turns out perfectly cooked for us. The outside has a light crunch and the center is so juicy and flavorful. Serve this up with your favorite side and a nice glass of wine and you will have the most amazing meal. The prep time includes the marinating time."
Whisk together the soy sauce, pressed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and dried herbs. Make sure you rub the dried herbs in between your fingers before mixing them in the marinade, this makes a BIG difference in the flavor.
Pour half the marinade in a shallow bowl, big enough to hold both steaks, but not too big to lose the marinade.
Add the steaks and pour the remainder of the marinade over the steaks.
Flip the steaks over a couple of times to make sure they are well coated.
Allow to sit at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to high.
Remove steaks from marinade and season with pepper to taste.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 3 minutes with the cover closed.
Turn the steaks over, cover and reduce heat to low; cook for another 2 minutes. This will result in a medium temperature steak.
Allow steak to sit for a few minutes to allow the juices to flow through the meat.
*NOTE* You can increase or decrease cook time to achieve your desired steak temperature.
