I made this in a basket style air fryer which did not come with a baking pan so I used small stainless baking sheet that I coated with butter. I cooked this at the recommended temperature and it took 12 minutes for the egg to be cooked to "over easy" and the bread was just a bit crispy not toasted. I am not sure if taking longer for the egg to cook was due to the baking sheet I used or that my air fryer might be a different type than the recipe author's air fryer.

What a delicious twist on regular apple sauce. I used ambrosia apples as that is what I had on hand and they worked perfectly in this recipe. I served this atop pan fried chops. YUM!

These are quick and easy to prepare and turn out so good. We loved the slight crispiness of the shell. This is a do again meal for sure.

It was difficult to wait a whole week to taste this but it was well worth the wait. This is a yummy side dish/pickled salad and I would also serve this in a cute little bowl on a charcuterie board. Thanks for sharing your yummy recipe with us.

I baked these in 4 individual cast iron roasters for a pretty presentation and it was enjoyed by all of us. Very tasty salmon dinner!

These are a bit of work but they are amazing!! Well worth the little "bit of work".

I scaled this down to 1 pound bone in chicken pieces (2 thighs and 2 drumsticks). The recipe instructions are perfect and cook time was spot on. Very tasty chicken recipe, we loved it!

I made this using the same amount of canned mixed beans instead of the beans and peas called for in the recipe and it was wonderful. The sun dried tomatoes is what makes this so great. Definitely a keeper!

I made this as instructed, but without tomatoes, then wrapped it with a gluten free tortilla. YUM!!
