"I came up with this recipe when craving buffalo chicken wings. I was counting calories at the time and was on a mission to satisfy the craving without cheating. This definitely satisfied the craving. Serve this with celery sticks and your favourite blue cheese dressing. I use the Walden Farms calorie free blue cheese dressing to make this a full low-cal experience. This serves 1 as a meal and 4 as an appetizer. For those of you who don't have access to Frank's RedHot Sauce, I do have a copycat recipe for it #recipe13676 ."

These are very addictive, so good, very tender, I used 2 garlic cloves instead of powder, increased the salt, used about 1 teaspoon pepper, next time I will double cause they went way to fast, Make for Billboard tag game, thanks Queenbea!

I made these into patties and froze one for later and ate the other for lunch in lettuce leaves. It was so delicious. I used blue cheese crumbles and salad dressing and it was so yummy! I look forward to making these many more times as I really liked them. Thank you for sharing this diet friendly recipe Bea! Linda

When I read this recipe I thought "Wow this will be a super burger" and it is. Followed the recipe exactly just made patties instead of balls. Served on a Portuguese roll with a slice of tomato, sweet onion & lettuce. Definitely a do again burger

Loved these! I don't have access to ground chicken so I did it myself and they turned out great, but a little dry because it was breast meat. Next time, I might up the ante and mix the Franks with a little butter and toss the hot meatballs in it. We'll see how it goes, since I'll be making these on Thursday for a church event. Made for FF&F Best of 2014. Thanks for posting!

These are amazing and super easy to make! I doubled the recipe, and served them with blue cheese dressing as a dipping sauce. They were even good cold the next day! I will definitely be making these again. I especially like the use of the oat meal, which is such a healthier filler than bread crumbs!

We liked these yummy meatballs with a little taste of something spicy. I made Mexican rice to go with them. They went great together!
