I love the flavor of the pork chops prepared this way. The marinade is awesome. It rained, so I wasn't able to bbq them. I cooked them in the oven. It worked really well, the pork chops were tender and delicious. Thanks for sharing this lovely recipe Teresa.

I marinated these for 8 hours and then grilled them on a gaz BBQ for 7 minutes, then flipped them over and grilled for another 7 minutes. They turned out perfectly moist and delicious. This is a keeper!!

First off......I bought one of those 'family' packs of chops with different cuts in it. This is the strangest cut I've ever seen. lol. Aside from that...this was really good. I enjoyed the simple prep and it turned out moist and good. Thanks for sharing this keeper recipe. Made for FYC tag.

Bergy (RIP" Forever in our Kitchen)

I dug out my Griddler and grilled these chops. I haven't used it for at least a year but I sure am glad I made this recipe. It was easy & produced a tasty moist chop. Served with a half baked potato topped with Greek Yogurt & chives, steamed green beans & carrots. A very delicious dinner
