Made using a selection from my garden grown potatoes, they are delicious, definitely a company worthy side dish. Love make a heads, they are great for weekends. Can't wait to serve this potato dish to family and friends!
What a great way to prepare potatoes. I made this for a late breakfast (brunch, I guess), and it worked out quite well. It's a great recipe as written, and I can't think of a thing to suggest to improve the recipe. I'll make this again as written and won't adjust a single ingredient. Thanks, ForeverMama. We enjoyed this recipe a lot.
