Step 1

Place pork chops in a shallow dish or resalable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours. Drain, discarding marinade. Grill chops, covered over medium coals for about 15 minutes or until juices run clear.

First off......I bought one of those 'family' packs of chops with different cuts in it. This is the strangest cut I've ever seen. lol. Aside from that...this was really good. I enjoyed the simple prep and it turned out moist and good. Thanks for sharing this keeper recipe. Made for FYC tag.

I dug out my Griddler and grilled these chops. I haven't used it for at least a year but I sure am glad I made this recipe. It was easy & produced a tasty moist chop. Served with a half baked potato topped with Greek Yogurt & chives, steamed green beans & carrots. A very delicious dinner
