"I came up with this recipe when craving buffalo chicken wings. I was counting calories at the time and was on a mission to satisfy the craving without cheating. This definitely satisfied the craving. Serve this with celery sticks and your favourite blue cheese dressing. I use the Walden Farms calorie free blue cheese dressing to make this a full low-cal experience. This serves 1 as a meal and 4 as an appetizer. For those of you who don't have access to Frank's RedHot Sauce, I do have a copycat recipe for it #recipe13676 ."

My son said these were the best chicken/turkey meatballs he had ever had. I am on the fence....they were good, but I missed my wings! Served with a sprinkle of blue cheese as well as blue cheese dressing.

These are really tasty...I used ground turkey instead of the chicken...we enjoyed them for one of our appy nights...it made the perfect amount for 2...the hubby had his with blue cheese dressing...I ate mine with just the buffalo sauce...I forgot the celery leaves...but will remember next time...made for Billboard tag game...

These are very addictive, so good, very tender, I used 2 garlic cloves instead of powder, increased the salt, used about 1 teaspoon pepper, next time I will double cause they went way to fast, Make for Billboard tag game, thanks Queenbea!

I made these into patties and froze one for later and ate the other for lunch in lettuce leaves. It was so delicious. I used blue cheese crumbles and salad dressing and it was so yummy! I look forward to making these many more times as I really liked them. Thank you for sharing this diet friendly recipe Bea! Linda

When I read this recipe I thought "Wow this will be a super burger" and it is. Followed the recipe exactly just made patties instead of balls. Served on a Portuguese roll with a slice of tomato, sweet onion & lettuce. Definitely a do again burger
