"I enjoy salmon but I am the only one that eats it in this family so I am always trying to find recipes that can be scaled down to just one. This is one I put together for myself and was quite pleased with the way it turned out. Of course this can be adjusted to make more than one. This makes 1 hearty portion."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together the garlic, oil, mustard, agave nectar and ground clove in a re-sealable sandwich bag.
Step 2
Add the salmon steak and carefully swish to coat both sides.
Step 3
Marinate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Place a double layer of foil over a baking pan and toss in the beans.
Step 5
Pour the contents of the bag onto the beans and fold the foil over the top and sides to form a foil packet.
Step 6
Cook in a preheated 375 degrees Fahrenheit oven until fish starts to flake, about 45 minutes, depending on thickness of steak.
