This was a delicious, silky smooth soup. I had a jar of white asparagus and used those. It was less than the recipe called for, so I cut everything else in half. Did not bother with the egg, but did add strips of ham. We both loved it!

You mentioned meat, but there wasn't any in the ingredients, so I just made the delicious egg salad and piled it on some potato bread! It occurred to me after I chopped up a dill pickle that I could have used dill relish, don't you think? Anyway, DH and I both enjoyed your spam-less egg salad!

The mysterious Chita really knows Mexican Rice! This was a delicious version! I used the whole can of tomatoes, plus I didn't have whole tomatoes, so I used stewed tomatoes. Don't tell!

Great combination of flavors and textures! I used grape tomatoes, so just halved them. I served this with a scoop of tuna salad to give the meal some extra protein.

I had a huge jar of olives from Sam's Club, so I made a small batch of Spiced Olives to see how they turned out. And they turned out great! Love the hint of garlic especially!

The flavor was terrific! I had anchovy fillets and I chopped them up. I will use anchovy paste from a tube next time to get the flavor blended more evenly. Of course, I could have used a mortar and pestle like Sophia! I used cherry tomatoes, cut up. I'd use more, or just get a can of Italian whole tomatoes. Anyway - DH loved it and so did I!

DH and I both loved these! I couldn't find my sesame seeds, so I used granulated garlic. After sampling one and taking the photo, I decided to cut them up and add them to a caesar salad with salmon. They were pretty great that way, too!

I didn't need 11 servings, so I tried to cut this down for two of us for breakfast. I think I didn't use enough berries, b/c the raspberry flavor was very subtle. And I used plain Green yogurt, which has a stronger flavor than regular yogurt. But even with my little oddities, this was a very refreshing and delicious concoction! I do love the flavor of raspberries despite those pesky seeds!
