Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat add the berries and the next 4 ingredients (all ingredients except for the arrowroot powder) and 1 tablespoon water and cook for about 10 minutes or until the juices run. Add the dissolved arrowroot powder (dissolve arrowroot powder in 2 tablespoons water) and cook for a few more minutes or until juices run clear.
