I have yet to try this over the greens but was great as a dressing over my coleslaw. Served over coleslaw makings, celery, green onion and half a diced apple, delicious. Looking forward to drizzling this over my dinner salads! Definitely added to my Salad Dressing Cookbook! Another Luvcooken winner!

This has to be the best Lentil Soup I have ever tasted, reminded me of one I enjoyed years back in a little restaurant in New Mexico. Love the spicy, used carrots in the making as that is what I had on hand. I can see adding black beans for variety when making this. A keeper and added to my Soup Cookbook.

As with those old recipes this was as good as it was easy. I used used both green and yellow peppers. Came together for great evening meal.

Curling fan that I am come bonspiel time I plan for special meals, this year for our Canadian Brier games it was an Asian theme. So easy with the choices over at our Billboard. This soup so easy to make and enjoy while watching. As with you I used Chicken instead of the pork using 1 large clove of garlic. Great soup and into my 'Favourite Soups' cookbook.

Love hot and spicy and love Thai stir frys and this one is to love! Curling fan that I am I choose special dishes, this year 'rice bowls' easily made and enjoyed while game watching. Served over Basmati rice this is so like the one I enjoy at one of my favourite Thai restaurants. Just now printed an extra copy for my recipe drawer.

Seems I missed rating this wonderful rice side. Love Jasmine rice, coconut milk, black beans as well as the rest of the ingredients so no surprise as to how much I enjoyed. Even better is my faithful rice cooker made for easy and as always rice to love. Added to my rice favourites.

Doing some recipe gleaning this morning I see I missed reviewing your vegetarian spaghetti sauce which was made with garden fresh vegetables for one of the 2019 Thanksgiving vegetarian mains. Found it was just as good made with zucchini and eggplant from the market. Added to my recipe drawer.

Made one large tomato for a just me side, used Panko crumbs as that is what I had on hand and a sprinkle of crushed rosemary which I just added to my spice rack. Can't wait to make this with garden fresh tomatoes and rosemary.

Super easy with ingredients that come together to make for a great tasting curry. For me this made for a great evening meal on it’s own with more than enough for the next day. Love when easy tastes as good as this potato and pea curry.
