Lay peeled eggs on a dry dish towel and pat dry. Place them in a sipper-type gallon plastic bag.

Pour in soy sauce and seal bag, pressing out excess air.
Step 3
Refrigerate overnight.

Serve cold, or bring to room temperature. Use within 1 day.
