This is an excellent pork tenderloin...I made 1 for the hubby and I to share...I used all fresh herbs with the exception of the chives...which I didn't have...you can really taste the herbs...what I didn't taste was the chili peppers...so next time I'm going to increase it a lot...the cook time was spot on for our 1 pound tenderloin...served it with corn on the cob and potato salad...thanks for sharing the recipe...made for "Pick Me" tag game...

We enjoyed the flavors...the carrots added a touch of sweetness...I halved the recipe and it barely fit into my 14inch cast iron skillet...everything went well until it was time to add the cheese...the pasta was still hard...so I cooked it longer and had to add more chicken broth and I let it cook another 10 minutes...while adding in more broth to keep it from drying out...that's when I put on the cheese and it went in the oven...thanks for sharing the recipe...made for "Billboard" tag game...

Yum... this is a tasty butter... the Worcestershire sauce didn't want to mix well with the other ingredients...so there was some left in the bowl...I did serve it with corn on the cob that I cooked in the microwave...
