"This is one of our favorites from way back mainly posting for family so they have it at the tips of their finger. It’s the A1 Steak Sauce that makes this recipe one we love. I always keep a bottle in my fridge as I have never found a substitute that makes this recipe not only one we love but sees guests going home recipe in hand. If you are fond of Pepper Steak and can find a bottle of A1 you may want to give it a try."

Yum...this is comfort food...the hubby loved it...you can really taste the A1 sauce...but it's not overpowering...I threw in a few mushrooms that needed to be used...they worked great with the recipe...I served it over a cauliflower mash...the hubby didn't notice it wasn't potatoes...made for "Billboard" tag game...

Great tasting steak, and comfort food all the way! I served it up with mashed potatoes, green beans and Parker House rolls.
