I used carrots, onions and peapods for the veggies, and it was delicious. So good with a side of Jasmine Rice!

Super tender and flavor packed roast that my family raved about with each bite! It was literally falling apart when I took the roast out of the crock pot. What flavor! I did make gravy using cornstarch slurry for my family, but I didn't indulge. It made great sandwiches the next day!

These are a great side instead of potato and very filling! Eating these instead cuts down on the starch and helps keep my sugars at bay, and they are healthy to boot!

No radishes for us. Not a favorite here. The nutritional Info is way off on this one!! Very good! Actually lots of protein and low in sugar and carbs, which is great to follow a healthy eating plan to keep my blood sugars low. I wrapped mine up in Boston lettuce. Made a yummy lunch served with some pickles!
