Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Step 2

Place mushrooms on a baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.

Step 3

Combine capers, butter, and garlic in a microwave-sage bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until butter melts. Drizzle butter mixture over mushrooms; toss. Bake at 450°F for 2 minutes or until browned. Sprinkle lemon juice and parsley over mushroom mixture. Serve warm.

Excellent! I made half the recipe for the two of us and it was the perfect amount. We love capers and garlic, so knew from the start that this would be good. The lemon spritz at the end really makes everything shine!
