I can see why these fries made it to the BEST OF 2023 list – They are Yummy! I doubled the recipe, so it was enough to fill 2 sheet pans. They came out super parmesany and such good FLAVOR without all the guilty of frying. I lined my sheet pans with aluminum foil which is not part of the instruction, but I would highly recommend not to do this. My fries stuck like crazy, so to my 2nd sheet pan, greased the pan a little heavier, but though the fries were less stuck, they still stuck like crazy glue. Kicked myself for lining the pans, because if I hadn’t, I could have scraped them out with a spatula without losing the cheese. Making these babies again for sure, as my family made them disappear, quicker than quick. Thanks for sharing, Teresa. Made if for Best of 2023 tag game as recommended by Mikekey.

So easy and great results. I easily cut recipe in half. Crispy outside and soft in center. Served with a burger. Will be making these again.

Yummy fries. Really simple and tasty. I did add a tad bit of olive oil to them so they wouldn't stick to my pan. Thanks for sharing this nice keeper, Teresa.

As simple as this recipe is, it produces such tasty potato strips. It went together so quickly and it was a great side dish with your Fish Casserole recipe. The paprika is really subtle in this recipe, lending a hint without overpowering the wonderful Parmesan coating. Thanks, TeresaS. We loved this recipe!
