Step 1

Coat potato strips with cooking spray; and place in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag.

Step 2

Combine cheese and remaining 3 ingredients; sprinkle over potato strips in bag.

Step 3

Seal bag and turn to coat potatoes well.

Step 4

Arrange potato strips in a single layer on a large baking sheet or jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.

Step 5

Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes, turning once.

Step 6

Serve immediately.

As simple as this recipe is, it produces such tasty potato strips. It went together so quickly and it was a great side dish with your Fish Casserole recipe. The paprika is really subtle in this recipe, lending a hint without overpowering the wonderful Parmesan coating. Thanks, TeresaS. We loved this recipe!

I tossed the potatoes with the salt, pepper, paprika and 1 tablespoon olive oil instead of cooking spray. I cooked them for 25 minutes in an actifry cooker then added the parmesan cheese and cooked for another 2 minutes. They turned out perfectly!
