It would be great if you put down amounts for the ingredients in this recipe. I used regular horseradish and yellow mustard and mixed them together. It was good, but on the spicy side for me. Thank you for sharing your recipe here with us Shadow

I loved this classic Italian dish, and enjoyed it so much! I made 2 servings for my boyfriend and I. He loved it too. I opted to not include the mushrooms, and topped with slices of American cheese on top, the last 3 minutes of cooking time. I served it with whole grain pasta, and Italian bread. I made this Apple Crisp for my cousins Celebration of Life and it was a huge hit! Delicious crumble on top and the apple filling was just perfect. Not too sweet, but just sweet enough. I used tart Macintosh apples fresh off the tree and also the lemon juice. This will be my "Go To" recipe, as it is absolutely the best I have had by far. I changed it up a little, adding Ricotta cheese with egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and chopped parsley and and meat filling into the shells, and I covered with Mexican and Parmesan cheese. I made this to have with a leftover piece of steak and mashed potatoes tonight for dinner. I cut the salt wayyy down as I am now restricting my salt. I used fresh corn off the ear, and it was so tender. It was delicious! Thank you for this one Dienia! Linda

I had this yesterday at my Rock Painting Group. She used 2 pork tenderloins instead of the chicken, and she used Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce instead of ketchup. The hostess served it with coleslaw and cornbread, for a delicious luncheon after we got done painting. Everyone raved about it, so that's 10 thumbs up from these wonderful ladies! My phone was dead when I went to take a picture, but if she makes it again, I will grab a picture for you.

Dinner Tonight: Switched this up a little, and it was delish! I sauteed the Filet Mignon and Mushrooms on the stove instead of the grill, and I thickened the Marsasla marinade (with water and cornstarch) into a Marsala Sauce for the Sauteed Steak, Mushrooms, and Green Beans. I used a Filet Mignon and didn't use any onions this time. I also added 1/2 pkt of Herb Ox chicken granules, garlic and onion powder, and fresh cracked pepper.

Had a craving for Steak and Potato Salad (I know... Potato Salad is for summer... Those damn cravings!) It was very good. I let it sit for a day to give the ingredients time to marry. Had it with some sirloin steak, and it sure hit the spot! Thank you for sharing this here on Zazz! Linda
