"Yes you read it right, only 3 ingredients, BUT, you can add in anything you like, chopped Oreos, chopped cookies, fruit, Nutella, cocoa powder, ANYTHING!! the sky's the limit on what you can add, just make sure your 3 main ingredients are used (condensed milk, whipped cream and melted butter, you can add or omit the confectioners sugar, I added it in, but do not use granulated sugar. This ice cream is so incredibly smooth and creamy you would never guess it’s not churned. Seriously creamy and SOOOOO good! I made mine with just cinnamon because I love the flavor. NOTE: the flavor improves with freezing and you must over whip the whip cream until REALLY firm so no whipping until soft peaks, keep whipping longer until the cream is REALLY firm. Plan ahead, the ice cream needs 12-24 hours in the freezer to freeze completely"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Whip heavy cream until soft peaks forum. Add in confectioners' sugar and cinnamon; continue beating (starting on low speed or you will have the sugar flying everywhere!) increase speed and continue beating until VERY stiff (I use my Kitchen Aid mixer using the whipping blade it makes the best whipped cream!).

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk with melted butter and vanilla, mix very well. Using a spatula, gently fold in whipped cream until thoroughly combined (this will take about 3 minutes) then gently fold in any additions that you choose to add in.

Step 3

Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container and cover. Freeze 12-24 hours or until very firm. Enjoy your ice cream!

Step 4

Store in freezer.

I made this when my grandchildren were coming, and made two separate batches so I would be sure we had enough. It went very well, and we enjoyed it with a chocolate cake I made to have with it. Instant hit with all!

Made some while my grandchildren were here. I let them help in the prep. I made maple walnut first, my favorite and then strawberry, their favorite. I had waffle cones for the adults and sugar cones for the kids. Super easy and deeelicious!
