"I had this steak at my cousin Lisa's house one night, and I had to have the recipe. It is so good! Thought I would share it with you. PLEASE NOTE: Preparation time DOES NOT include 2-24 hour marinating time."
Marinate steak tips in Italian salad dressing for 2-24 hours.
In a large teflon skillet add olive oil, then add mushrooms, onions and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Add marsala wine and let gently boil, until veggies are doine, and the wine is reduced.
Grill steaks to your desired doneness, and place on serving plate.
Cover with veggies, and serve hot with your favorite sides.

I am on a roll. And when I am on a role, I go all out. What, you ask? Pasta....
The steak turned out packed full of flavor from the wine and lots of extra flavor from the marinade, which I marinated for about 16 hours. What a great steak it made!
My daughter was telling me how delicious this steak was so I made it this weekend when my family was visiting. I doubled it to make enough for everybody. The onions and steak smelled so good while they were cooking that I had to sneak a bite. I couldn't wait to serve it up so I could get all the compliments coming my way, and they sure did fly! Soon it will be too cold to use my grill, but I will still make it on the stove. It will be just as delicious that way!
This is one great steak. I love anything cooked with Marsala wine and knew I had to give this a try. Boy, am I happy I did. Looks like this is headed to my special recipes file!
Marinading time for me was approx. 16 hours and the steaks were full of flavor and so yummy and tender off the grill. The wine and dressing really promotes great flavored steaks!
This steak is marvelous! We love Marsala everything so I knew we would go for this one. It's great and we will enjoy it many times down the road!
This was an excellent tasting steak that we enjoyed out on the grill. The steak was really tender with great tasting marinade. The wine really adds a lot of flavor to the steak. Be sure to marinade it a long time to get the full benefit of these great flavors together!
