Step by Step Method
Step 1
Coat ham with mustard.
Step 2
Mix remaining ingredients together and coat entire ham with the mix to cover.
Step 3
Let sit at room temp for 2 hours
Step 4
Smoke with hickory for 3 hours @ 225°F ( using heavy smoke ).
Step 5
I use beer in the water pan of my smoker.
