I have severe lymphedema and when I have to put my leg up I find recipes that are interesting to me. I want the recipes I've found to be used and folks to be remembered like Mr Clark, Darlene Kossman Liberace, Elvis. I love history. So I have presidents and Vikings recipes . I play games that involve going to other countries (im a double Sag this is only way I can travel lol) I joined the military to see the world and they sent me to Texas lol I wanted to see the middle east and Germany. My friend is Czech before I started this good luck finding a Czech recipe lol. Native American recipes were also very tough to find my dad had native American in him but they didn't talk about it when he was young.
So for world travel Im making their recipes instead to best of my ability. I used to cook for people I took care of and the easiest way to get them to eat was make their own recipes . Try any of the kossman recipes ,Darlene had some good ones ..
My family's recipes are under Dee (famous is how my children mock me),mom or grandma .I've made up recipes for my sister Jackie who passed from breast cancer all the women of my family have experienced cancer of some kind of other so I play think pink fight like a girl and have many pink recipes for it .my sister Chris is keto and gluten free so I do recipes for her she also likes Korean shows and music and she got me hooked in to BTS (Suga is my bias ,look at me being caught up to date lol)dang her, so Korean recipes for her lol. My son James loves cooking so I find recipes he might like .he likes Diner ,BBQ,Chinese and Vietnamese . I find recipes for my oldest kid ,he who cannot be named ,in meal prep and wholesome goodness lol.
