Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season steak.
Step 2
Heat margarine in large stockpot.
Step 3
Brown steak.
Step 4
Add water, tomatoes, beef bouillon and seasoning to taste.
Step 5
Bring to a boil.
Step 6
Simmer covered 30 minutes.
Step 7
Add all the veggies.
Step 8
Simmer covered another 30 minutes.
Step 9
Mix the roux and add to the soup.
Step 10
Simmer stirring until thickened.
Step 11
Season to taste.
