Step by Step Method
Step 1
Defrost the bread according to package directions.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease a baking sheet.
Step 4
Crumble the sausage and fry it in a large skillet over medium-high heat until well browned; drain well.

Chop the bacon into small pieces; fry them in a skillet until crisp and drain well.
Step 6
Roll the dough into an approximate 10-by-12-inch rectangle.
Step 7
Sprinkle the dough with the sausage, bacon and the grated mozzarella cheese or American cheese.
Step 8
Roll up the dough from one of the short ends and pinch the ends to seal.
Step 9
Lay the roll, seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 10
Bake for 30 minutes.
