Made as per recipe and used 4 medium eggs and could not get through the whole dish, if I hadn't been so greedy you could have fed two with some toast on the side. The only thing I was not totally sure of was when it came to the flipping - if to do in half or totally flip and I went traditional and did the half flip. This made for a delicious and very filling lunch which I enjoyed very much. Thank you Dee made for For Your Consideration tag game at FF&F.
