I loved that you didn't have to use canned soup in this recipe. We love this all time favorite and my grandchildren ate like little piggies when they got their plates. I did add onion along with the mushrooms and peas, So good and total comfort food!

Easy and delicious, which works for me every time. This prime rib is so delicious it had us going back for seconds! I made mashed potatoes, gravy, glazed carrots and salad to have with it. Many repeats ahead!

This roast was so delicious! I cut the pieces into thin strips with my electric knife so it would be easy for my granddaughters to eat. They ate like little piggys! I made Fried Rice, Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoon to have with the pork. Yummy!

I did cabbage, carrots and corned beef together this year, and made potatoes separately. Gave some to some of my girls to make their day a little easier. Delicious for St Patrick's Day!
