Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 325F.
Step 2
Whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar & mustard.
Step 3
Place ham in a baking dish on a rack, with cut side down.
Step 4
Arrange pineapple slices on the ham with cherries in the center. Secure with toothpicks.
Step 5
Push cloves into the ham.
Step 6
Baste with mustard glaze.
Step 7
Bake in pre-heated oven for 1 1/2-2 hours. Baste with glaze every 15 minutes.
Step 8
Turn on oven broiler.
Step 9
Broil until glaze forms a crust and pineapple slices are browned.
Step 10
Watch that they do not get too brown (about 5 minutes).
