Roasted Clove N Glaze Honey of a Ham ~ Easter

This ham is delicious and is great to make anytime, but especially during the holidays. Notes: The ham should be allowed to stand at room temperature for 2 hours before cooking. Mississippi Baked Ham

My partner's family is from Mississippi, and this is their recipe for Easter ham. I don't like ham at all, but I thought this was ok. Any ham-lover would adore this recipe, I think. Posted here mostly for safe-keeping, as I'll be making it every year.

Honey of a Ham (From Scratch)

Making a ham from scratch is easier than can be. Just mix your brine ingredients together, add the pork picnic shoulder and let it marinate for a week. Cook it as you would cook any store-bought ham. The ham showed here was cooked in a Big Easy Infra Red Fryer until it reached and internal temp of 165 degrees.

Perfect Pork Roast Every Time

This is a great way to make a delicious and really tender pork roast that will please the whole family! I have sprinkled lots of garlic powder all over the roast after adding the spices and it tastes really good too. Feel free to change up the herbs to suit your taste. Great for Sunday dinner, when you have company, or anytime you feel like having a delicious meal!

Brown Sugar Glazed Baked Ham

Makes a simple, sweet and spicy glaze for ham that will not interfere with the ham later when using leftovers in other recipes.

Holiday Ham

Come holiday time or gatherings baked ham is a must make at our house. This is one of my favorite recipes. Makes for one awesome tasting ham. Baking in a tightly sealed foil package makes for delicious, moist and tender each and every time. The mixture can be varied to taste by adjusting the brown sugar and mustard. Go with orange juice or switch it up to pineapple juice serving with pineapple...

Crock Pot Ham

You may not ever bake another ham in the oven once you try this recipe, you need a large crock pot for this and choose a size of ham that will fit into you crock pot anywhere from 7-8 pounds you may need to trim the ham slightly to fit, a spiral ham is not recommended for this

Apricot Baked Ham Recipe

Ham is a favorite for my family when the holidays come around. This recipe with the apricot preserves would be an even bigger hit. Found on Taste of Home's website and submitted by Marge Clark of West Lebanon, Indiana

Herb-Crusted Fresh Ham

This ham is an Easter favorite. You may be surprised to see lavender listed as an ingredient in this herb crust. Although very commonly found in desserts, lavender-especially sweet English lavender-is an incredibly versatile herb for savory cooking. Be sure to use only pesticide-free, food-grade leaves and blossoms from an organic farmer's market or online. Lavender from florists,...

Garlic & Herb Pork Roast

This is very similar to porketta. This makes for a lovely Sunday Roast. I make mine in the rotisserie oven, but it can be cooked in the oven also.

Slowcooker Cranberry Pork Roast

One of my favorite pork roast recipes, and may also be made successfully cooked in the oven at 325 degrees F, if you like lots of gravy then double the cranberry sauce and French dressing

Sweet, Spicy, & Tangy Baked Ham

This is a nice change from the traditional brown sugar or mustard glaze. It is sweet, spicy and the mustard offers a nice tang. This can be used on any ham to be baked, ham steaks; and equally as good on pork tenderloin, chops or roasts. This makes a fair amount of glaze and will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.

Ham Steaks - Grilled (Grillpan, BBQ or Griddler)

Mouth watering delicious glazed ham steaks for any occasion.

Glazed Ham with Mix & Match Ham Glazes

Try one of the Ham Glazes below or choose one of the Mix & Match choices from the list. They are all great for your special Glazed Ham dinner. Good any time but great for the holidays too!

Simple Ham Steak with Honey Mustard

This is so easy, simple but good. I like to buy a 3/4 inch slice of Black Forest or other type of ham from your deli instead of buying the ham steaks in the butcher counter. The ham is nicer and just the right size for 2 servings.

Hawaiian Pork Roast

This is a recipe I am posting for Susie's World Tour 2018. This is a recipe I found on "Taste of Home" website, by Mary Gaylord, Balsam Lake, Wisconsin. If you have been to Hawaii and one of the luaus, this will bring you back to the pork roast that was served!!

Easy Apricot Raisin Sauce for Ham

This is very tasty and quick to put together.

Slow-Cooker Broccoli Cheesy Ham au Gratin

Creamy comfort food that cooks itself! Also very versatile. You can add different veggies or meat (or leave the meat out!) A couple of notes: This is made with condensed broccoli cheese soup, so there isn't a lot (other than what is in the condensed soup) of broccoli in it -- if you want it to have more broccoli, feel free to add it. I've done this by stirring in chopped steamed broccoli...

Porketta Roast -Crock-Pot

This is perfect for those days when you are going to be out all day. Just pop it in the crock in the morning and it is ready when you get home at supper time. I don’t eat the potatoes as they are sitting in the drippings while cooking, however, my husband thinks this is the best part of the meal.
