" This is so easy, simple but good. I like to buy a 3/4 inch slice of Black Forest or other type of ham from your deli instead of buying the ham steaks in the butcher counter. The ham is nicer and just the right size for 2 servings."

Step 1
Warm a lightly sprayed skillet over medium heat add ham steak, cover and cook for about 4 - 5 minutes
Step 2
Flip the ham add honey mustard, cover, continue cooking for a further 4-5 minutes. The ham should be lovely and golden - watch you are not browning it too much. Cut into 2 pieces and serve
