Fairly easy to make and even easier to eat! I used scallops (bay were on sale), shrimp and clams. Great tasty chowder. Loved our Irish choice this year!

I used fresh haddock, and it was on the thicker side, so I cooked the fillets little longer. The crust was delicious and we enjoyed it very much. I added in some shaved Parmesan, which added even more flavor. We had sides of mashed potatoes and coleslaw to round out the meal. Very good with some fresh lemon squeezed on top!

What better to have then this old fashioned recipe from our founding fathers on Thanksgiving? It came out wonderfully, and we had it warm out of the oven later in the day, with a big scoop or two of homemade vanilla ice cream that my dd made and brought over! Deeelicioussss!!!

I used some beautiful fresh blackberries this time around, and it turned out fabulous! All it needed was some freshly made whipped cream on top to make it Top Notch. 5 Stars all the way for us!

Definitely a 5 Star recipe! If you follow the recipe and don't change things up, you will love this yummy dessert! Great with your favorite ice cream on top. We prefer good old French Vanilla. Oh yes, use FRESH berries!

This sauce was delicious over our broiled steaks. Great full flavored sauce that was even good over my baked potato. Saving this one to have again!

These muffins are large. Filled them with blueberries from the freezer and just rolled them in a little flour before adding them in. They were so moist and delicious!

Very good chowder! I loved the addition of the cheese.
