Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 375f.
Step 2
Divide the ingredients (butter, ginger, orange juice, zest & honey) add to the hollows of each half squash.
Step 3
Place in preheated oven, covered
Step 4
Remove cover after 30 minutes.
Step 5
Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the squash is soft.
Step 6
Mash the squash flesh inside the shell with the added ingredients.
Step 7
Serve in the shell.
