"This has a very mellow slightly sweet flavour. It enhances the squash flavour. If you wish omit the butter or margarine. Bake time may very depending on the size of the squash."
Pre-heat oven to 375f.
Divide the ingredients (butter, ginger, orange juice, zest & honey) add to the hollows of each half squash.
Place in preheated oven, covered
Remove cover after 30 minutes.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the squash is soft.
Mash the squash flesh inside the shell with the added ingredients.
Serve in the shell.
