Everyone loved our corn cooked like this.
This was a perfect spread for my date nut bread. It was delicious and I plan to serve it at Thanksgiving with all my fruit breads.
These were delicious. The coleslaw gave a lot of flavor to the tacos. I used flounder chunks and served with lemon wedges. These will be repeated!
This is extra delicious chicken and one we will have again and again. The kids ate like little piggies!
Up here in the north my go to fish is haddock, so that's what I used. It came out wonderfully and we enjoyed it very much! The sauce is delicious and haddock was perfect for this.
A very good paella that was well received by my family. They loved it! I added more shrimp than called for and also used lobster instead of crab. It will be repeated!
We loved this mix of seafood! So deliciously flavored, and healthy too.
We got lots of fresh clams off the boat and I was looking for new recipes to try. This one looked wonderful so I tried it. We especially loved clams used this way. The dish was delicious!
