"Very Tasty dog that I will make again. I have taken some liberties with the original recipe. It was from Palatable Pastimes. They cooked the sausages in broth & red wine. I simply fried them with garlic & red pepper flakes."

I cut the recipe down for the two of us. I used grape tomatoes, because that's all I had in the fridge, and cut them into quarters. We loved the hint of heat and how delicious they were. Greal meal!
