This is the first time I use rose water in a recipe and I really liked it.
When I made the dough I was a little concerned because it was a little dry. My instinct was telling me to add a little more liquid but I didn't. I think I should have.
The consistency after frying them was similar to a pretzel. I imagine they should be fluffier .
It also took me a while to get the right temperature while frying them.
So, apart from my mistakes, the flavor is delicious. And the sugar with cinnamon and cardamom is fantastic.

Interesting way of cooking your pasta. It came out perfect. I scaled-down to one generous portion. It was truly delicious.
Instead of kalamata olives I used "MsPia" olives. Other than that I did not change a thing.
I will definitely make it again. Those are all ingredients that I always have o hand.

I cut the recipe in half and got two loaves.
To one of them I added sesame seeds on top.
I baked them in my Dutch oven.

Delicious! Even though it's 90°F today...I had two servings of this fantastic stew.
The ribs fell of the bone. You can eat them with a spoon.
I followed the instructions to a T.

I took the liberty of using chopped up preserved lemon instead of lemon zest. It was an experiment. And it worked wonderfully.
The flavors of this muffins are mild and they are not overly sweet. Just the way I like them.
I made bigger muffins than the recipe suggested and I got seven.
I baked my muffins in the Dutch Oven.

Delicious. So Italian!
I had it with homemade green tagliateli.
Green on green not that pretty. But I fixed it with a flower ;)
