Step 1

In a bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Add avocado and toss gently with a rubber spatula to coat.

Step 2

Divide spring mix between 2 salad plates, making a nest on each, and put avocado mixture in centers. Sprinkle salads with radishes.

The combination of all the ingredients in this salad pared really well. I used white balsamic and made extra dressing. I love it that the dressing was simple and not over complicated which made for a tasty taste salad. This will have many repeats. Thank you MsPia for sharing!

Fantastic salad, which is simple and so easy to make. Love the balsamic and avocado together, the balsamic compliments the avocado so very well. In fact DD demolished half the salad as soon as it was put on the table!!!! We loved the remainder of this salad (lol) and seeing I usually have the ingredients used for this salad readily on hand, I will be making this again, often.
