""Out of a WW cookbook called "In Season" dated 1999. This had 0 points on the old program. The longer they marinate the hotter their flavor gets. This make-ahead salad transports well for all those outdoor Barbecues. Cooking time is chill time. Hope you enjoy!""

I love marinated cucumbers and these were so light without the addition of oil. I halved the recipe with no problems and didn't find the red pepper flakes too spicy at all. Loved them!

No wonder everyone loves this recipe. Quick and easy to make, full of flavour and healthy too. I made this as written with slightly less sugar. Will make this often.

Well, yes! Sweet and hot! I admit I used a little less pepper flakes for myself, hubby added more. This was delicious and pretty, and went very well with my Beef Curry! And so very easy. YUM!

We enjoyed these cucumbers -- the only change I made was using tiny red bell peppers along with the cucumbers and much less red pepper. Thanks for sharing!

I liked these spicy jewels, but others might want to dail back the red pepper flakes a bit. The red wine vinegar added a nice note as well. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
