I liked these spicy jewels, but others might want to dail back the red pepper flakes a bit. The red wine vinegar added a nice note as well. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

I made this nearly as written. The only thing I changed was to not use as much crushed pepper, and that was the only difference. We loved it, so refreshing and such a light and delicious salad for summer. So easy and so good. A must for a summer B.B.Q.
