"I was going through my binder of clipped recipes and rediscovered this simple recipe by Kellogg's. The time to prepare this recipe does not include the 1 hour marinating time."

Step 1

Place chicken pieces into a shallow dish and pour salad dressing over chicken, cover and marinate at least 1 hour, turning occasionally (in refrigerator).

Step 2

Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

Step 3

Coat marinated chicken with corn flake crumbs and place in a foil-lined shallow baking pan.

Step 4

Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until tender

Easy recipe and very good! I used a skinless boneless breast, cut into 6 pieces, baked at 375 for 25 minutes. Lovely juicy and tasty

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

Made this for sunday dinner, very tasty, i used Kraft 3 cheese ranch dressing. i did have a little trouble with it sticking to the pan and i had sprayed it with veggie spray, so i lost some of the coating to the pan. but the flavour was really good and i will make it again, it is so easy.
