  • 3 pounds uncooked chicken pieces
  • 1 1/4 cup corn flake crumbs

How to Make

  • Step 3: Coat marinated chicken with corn flake crumbs and place in a foil-lined shallow baking pan.

  • Step 4: Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until tender
