I reduced the servings down to 2...it was on the dry side so I added more mayo...and it came out delicious...I wasn't sure if I should make it into a sandwich on toasted bread or a green salad...so I served it on iceberg lettuce...the only kind the hubby like and I think the only kind that was available in the 1930's...made for "FYC" tag game...
