"For the avocado and tzatziki lover's of this world. A Greek classic with an Aussie twist! Here is a delicious and yet simple way to combine your favorite food with Tzatziki. The recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of salt, but I half this as I found it too salty. I also tend to dice the avocado very finely or lightly mash."

Loved your Aussie version of a Greek classic! As your previous reviewer, I too used Greek yogurt. Went with 1/2 teaspoon salt and mashed the avocado. Absolutely delicious!

I used a lovely thick creamy Greek yogurt which was enhanced by the creamy avocado. Stunning tzatziki! Added a wee bit more garlic to suit our taste. Served this over Greek chicken pitas. The crowd went wild! Has to be the best I have tasted. Thank you for sharing Tisme! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
