Could.t make it exactly as per recipe - I used chicken thigh, a red Thai chilli (if you don't like heat the way I do suggest some chilli flakes if like me you can't get the green ones) and well no Monterey Jack so it was mozzarella which was nezrly omitted as I had photographed and started to eat when I realized so sprinkled some on and re-photographed. Thanks Dee for a great breakfast for dinner meal made for For Your Consideration tag game at FF&F.
