Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt (I use 1/2 teaspoon)
  • 2 cups yogurt (plain)
  • 1 cup grated cucumber (peeled, seeded)
  • 6 ounce whole avocado (1 large, deseeded, peeled and diced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic & salt to the yoghurt.

  • Step 2: Add the grated cucumber, and avocado and mix into the yoghurt.

  • Step 3: Place mix into serving dish and chill for at least one hour.
